More Pool + 2nd Tooth

I braved the pool solo for the first time last week. It was easier than I thought it would be and we stayed in the kiddie pool area.

Little girl's second tooth popped through too!! 

Over the weekend we picked up a raft for baby girl. She loooooved it! She likes being in the water! 

...and we went out for ice cream too!

Feeding A Giraffe

We went to the zoo and were able to feed a giraffe! We fed him lettuce and he stuck out his slobbery blue tongue and it was gone! Little man had no fear and was excited to try it. Afterwards he told the zoo keeper it was just like giving Juney a treat!

We were also able to get really close to the cheetahs and could hear them purring/growling. 

The flamingos are always a hit and so are the safari trucks. He loooves the safari trucks! 

HBD Aunt Jenn

It has been a busy and exciting and wonderful past two weeks for my sister! She got married, is on her honeymoon now and is celebrating her birthday! Here's to you little sister, cheers!

Toddler In A Tux

What is it about a toddler in a tuxedo that is just so cute?! I couldn't resist posting these pics from little man's tux fitting and the wedding. He's just so adorable and miniature and grown up all at the same time! He loved being dressed up smd cried when we took his tux off. The next morning he asked if he could wear the shiny black shoes to breakfast! PS the answer was No! 

Beautiful Bride + A New Uncle

My younger sister got married over the weekend! The whole wedding was just beautiful, especially the bride! The guy she married is awesome and we are so excited to have him as an uncle! 

The ceremony and reception took place in Michigan. I was Matron of Honor and little man was (just the cutest) ring bearer. The hubs was also a groomsman. He was actually the one who set them up together. 

My sister was a stunning bride. Simply, beautiful! We haven't gotten the actual wedding photos back but here is a sneak peek of some that we took. 

Little man was the funniest ring bearer. When the doors opened for him to walk down the aisle, he missed the aisle and was walking behind the chairs! My dad got him on the right path and then he took slow, giant marching steps (we had been telling him not to run!) 

Congrats to the happy couple!!!

Going Mobile

It happened all at once. Little Miss Thing was inching along and now she is climbing all over the place!! She can crawl around and then sit down and she has just started to pull herself up. She is going to be running around the house in no time!

Her and her brother are still besties. He constantly asks me if he can hold his baby and the two of them just laugh and giggle together!

Jumping In

One...two...three...jump! 

Little man loves jumping into the pool! Over and over again. He likes to use the ladder to get out and is getting pretty brave! 

Little girl likes to get in the pool too, she loves to kick her legs and splash. 

Little man often reminds me of his dad. They often have similar mannerisms. Look at their faces here and you can see what I mean! 

And little miss thing has already learned how to furrow her brow too! 

Confession

Little man threw a toy down the stairs and the corner hit the wall just right and left a hole. He helped my father in law repair the wall over the weekend. Here's a video from fixing it...

First Tooth

One little tooth finally popped through! I would imagine the others are not far behind!! 

PJ Party

These two are just the funniest together. They make each other giggle and it is so sweet. Little man always asks to hold her, he is such a good big brother! Some of the photos are blurry and off-centered but they captured the moment so well! This pj party took place around 630am Saturday morning, we were cuddled up on the couch watching cartoons and they thought everything was hilarious!
