Rock Painting

After going on a rock hunt with my mom, little man had a bucket full of rocks. So we gave them a bath and painted on them. He is still toting around his prized (and now painted) possessions in the bucket!

Hair Cut & Pig Tails

Always love getting little man a proper hair cut! ...and I can't get enough of little miss thing's pig tails! 

Fun at the Farm

We spent a few hours Sunday at a farm! It was a pumpkin farm that had added all kinds of play areas! We spent half an afternoon there and still didn't get to do it all! 

Little sister was happy to ride in the wagon most of the afternoon. 

There was a fort made of straw with a slide.

They had pedal carts and a race track. Little man needed a little push to make it around #shortlegs

There was also a tractor turned slide

They had zip lines which he was able to do all by himself! He loved it! 

There was a "pumpkin jump" trampoline. I have no idea what exactly this was or how it worked but it was big, orange and apparently a lot of fun! 

I tried to get him to take a picture with his sister but he wanted a picture with his friend instead. I suppose this is the first of many "ugh, why do I have to pose with my SISTER" pictures. 

There was also a petting zoo with goats, donkeys, pigs and chickens. 

They had a "touch a tractor" exhibit which little man thought was awesome. When we weren't looking he moved the pumpkins and hay bales to try to get closer to the tractor. 

Little man took a ride on the banana train. 

We wrapped up our day with a family hay ride. 

As we were headed to the car we realized we forgot to buy a pumpkin. I guess we will have to go back! 

Palm Tree & Pig Tails

Baby girl has a beautiful head of hair! It is soft, thick, silky and finally long enough for a ponytail! 

Radio Singing

Top Tooth

Baby girl only has one top tooth! It is just the cutest!! Little man got all of his baby teeth at once but little girl is getting them one by one! This morning the other top one juuuuust started to poke through!! So she won't have just one for much longer!! 

The Doc Is In

Little man's favorite game to play is doctor. It all started about a year ago when he got his first doctor kit for Christmas. The obsession is still going strong and has even expanded. He gives "a doagnosis," and states whether it's serious and/or contagious. There are often emergencies, surgeries and perscriptions. He also consults his "books" or his laptop to help him make a diagnosis. Usually me or the hubby (or a grandparent) are the patients but this time it was Puppy. Puppy's prescription was he needed to nap and a lullaby.

Happy Birthday to a great Father-in-law!!  Thanks for being such a special part of our munchkins' lives. They love you so much!

Apple Orchard

After a few days of crisp, cool temperatures we were ready for some apples! It was a fun amd easy family adventure. Little man loves picking the apple from the tree and of course eating them! They were also making cider. We watched him press the apples and then he poured a half gallon for us right then and there. Yum!
