Inching

Little girl is inching forward!! She can sit entirely on her own and is starting to go mobile!

Water Beads

I kept reading good things about water beads and thought it was time I tried them out for myself. Usually they are used in flower vases to absorb/release water. They are very fun! They are squishy and watery and remind me of fish eggs or jello. They were a little messy (they bounced and rolled all over the place) so I'm glad we played with them outside. I picked mine up at the Dollar Tree and the were perfect for scooping and pouring (two of our favorite things!) 

Dr Visit

Today I took our little lady to the doctor for a checkup and her vaccines. She was a trooper and is doing fine now. 

She weighed in at 19 lbs (86th percentile) and her length measured 27.25" (78th percentile). She is a growing girl and quite healthy! 

Zoo Trip

Last weekend we hit up the zoo. The weather was perfect and the kids loved it! The dinosaurs were there and that (of course) was a huge hit. The hubs even took little man for a boat ride to "dinosaur island" and it was awesome.

Little man is at a really fun age. He liked to act out and imitate a lot of the animals, especially the monkeys, kangaroos and (naturally) dinosaurs. He also liked all of the "safari trucks" that were around the park. Baby girl snoozed through a lot of it and was just happy to be there!
