Lazy Weekend

We had a nice relaxing weekend! Other than basketball practice and a birthday party, we lounged around and got some much needed rest. 

Basketball Recap

Little man had his first basketball practice yesterday! I stayed home with baby girl so I wasn't able to get any pics or videos of the practice but he told me all about it when he got home! Sounds like his favorite part was playing with the other kids.

Smiles

Lil Munchkin started smiling this week! She was smiling a little bit before but now she's doing it much more, usually when she first sees us or we are talking to her.

She smiles the most at her brother. She is fascinated by everything that he does and he is so sweet to her. If she even starts to wimper he runs over, asks her what's wrong, looks at me and asks if she needs milk, if she needs her diaper changed or if she needs a pacifier. He rattles them off one after another before I have a chance to answer. He talks to her often, which she loves. She loves to be talked to. She hangs on every word as happy as can be! 

Cleaning In the Slips

My little man loves to be helpful. He helps with his sister, helps cook and helps clean. Lately, (as you can see) he has not been too helpful about wearing clothes! 

His favorite task to help with is the Swifter followed by spraying the Windex. Of course he has to wear his slippers when swiftering in order to keep his feet dry and keep from slipping. Safety first! 

Yes, that is chocolate all over his face (we had just finished baking/eating cookies). 

After cleaning he pretended to be a dirty baby... 

And what was sister doing during all of this?? Sleeping peacefully!! 

Doing Dishes

Little man loves to help "do the dishes." He likes playing in the water, soap suds and scrubbing.
