Yesterday little man turned exactly 2.5 so naturally we had to make a cake. Truthfully, we look for any excuse to bake a cake ... any excuse to eat cake, actually!
We started with a plain old boxed cake mix, added plenty of food coloring and spooned it into a 9 x 13.
Then we topped it with chocolate frosting and had it for an after nap snack. YUM.
